How to avoid complaints?

Most complaints arise before the floor has even been laid.

Complaints on SPC floors, click vinyl, glue-down vinyl, three-layer parquet and solid parquet are most often not caused by the floor itself, but by an unprepared substrate.

Spatula
Pointed scraper
The surface strength of the substrate is checked using mechanical methods. Weakly bonded layers, adhesive residue, paint or dust must be removed before any further work continues.
Cracks in the substrate
Every crack must be assessed and, if needed, repaired before the finished flooring is installed.
Edge insulation strip
Even small details such as the edge insulation strip can be decisive for the long-term stability of the floor.
Instrument showing unfavourable room conditions
Unsuitable climate conditions are one of the most frequent causes of later problems and complaints.
CONCLUSION

Complaints are not prevented by good answers after the problem appears. They are prevented by a thorough inspection before the work begins.
