2. What data we collect

The alenko-flooring.com website is for informational purposes only and does not contain registration, order, or newsletter forms. We only collect personal data when you contact us:

• via email, phone/WhatsApp – name, surname, contact details, content of the enquiry;
• when preparing a quote or contract – company/customer data necessary for business operations (name, address, OIB/VAT number).

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

• Responding to enquiries and providing product information – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Preparing quotes and concluding contracts – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, taxes) – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We retain data from enquiries for as long as necessary to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter (up to 2 years). We keep accounting documentation for the periods prescribed by law (usually 11 years).

5. Data recipients

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessible to our accounting and legal collaborators and our hosting service provider (Lovable / Cloudflare), exclusively for the technical operation of the site.

6. Data transfer outside the EU

The data controller is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina (outside the EU). For users from the EU, the transfer is based on the business contact you initiated yourself and is carried out with appropriate protective measures.

7. Cookies

The site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Only strictly necessary technical requirements are used to display the page (e.g., Google Fonts to load fonts). We do not set any marketing or analytics cookies.
